This information is a part
of each dock slip title (Conveyance) and is also on the Crystal Cove website as a reminder for all boat slip owners and POA
members. The dock slip owner is identified on the Conveyance document as the "Second Party."
Dock slip owners agree to
become members of the Crystal Cove Property Owners Association, Inc., a Tennessee Non-Profit Corporation, and agree to be
bound by and to follow all rules, by-laws, and conditions which may presently exist or which may be hereafter adopted by said
Crystal Cove Property Owners Association, Inc.
The Dock Slip Owners understand
that the main dock to which said slip is permanently attached is common property which belongs to the Crystal Cove Property
Owners Association, Inc. The Dock slip owner shall be responsible for maintenance of the dock slip up to the point where
the dock slip attaches to the main dock. Any changes in the appearance of the dock slip must be approved by the Architectural
Control Committee. The dock slip must be kept in good state of repair, and must be kept in a clean, neat and safe condition.
The dock slip owner may rent or sell his or her dock slip; provided however, that said dock slip may only be rented or sold
to another property owner in Crystal Cove Subdivision, in which event all terms provisions, and conditions stated herein shall
remain applicable and kept in full compliance.
