CRYSTAL COVE BUILDER’S AGREEMENT

I have received a copy of the Protective Covenants for Crystal Cove a Residential Subdivision and the Crystal Cove Architectural Control Committee Guidelines.  I agree to adhere to these covenants, restrictions and guidelines, and to all conditions set forth by the Crystal Cove Property Owners Association, as permitted by the Covenants.

I understand that the Architectural Control Committee and Crystal Cove Property Owners Association have no part or responsibility in the contractual relationship between the builder and the homeowner / lot owner, and that the parties have no recourse to Crystal Cove for any problems between them in either the performance of the work under contract or the financial settlement of the contract.

A Crystal Cove Permit will not be issued until all requirements for application have been met by the lot owner.

It is understood that no trees over 4 inches in diameter are to be removed, no earth is to be moved, and no construction is to begin until Roane County and Crystal Cove Building Permits are issued.

I agree to maintain a safe and clean worksite, and all construction debris will be regularly cleaned up.

The Crystal Cove Building Permit is valid for one (1) year from date of issue.  If construction does not begin within the year, the application must be re-submitted to the ACC.  All exterior construction upon all lots must be either completed or enclosed to included windows, doors, siding and roof within one (1) year of commencement of construction.
