Application for a permit to construct or alter a residence at Crystal Cove is made with the full knowledge and understanding of the Protective Covenants for Crystal Cove a Residential Subdivision, the Architectural Control Committee Guidelines, and the Roane County Construction Regulations.  The applicant and his or her agents agree to adhere to these covenants, restrictions, guidelines and regulations, and to all conditions set out in this application.  Substantial violations of the above may be subject to judicial sanction.

The applicant understands that the Architectural Control Committee and Crystal Cove Property Owners Association have no part or responsibility in the contractual relationship between the homeowner / lot owner and building contractor; and, that the parties have no recourse to Crystal Cove for any problems between the owner and the contractor in either the performance of the work under contract or the financial settlement of the contract.

It is understood that no trees over 4 inches in diameter are to be removed, no earth is to be moved, and no construction is to begin until Roane County and Crystal Cove Building Permits are issued.

A Crystal Cove Building Permit will not be issued until all requirements have been met.  The permit is valid for one (1) year from date of issue.  If construction does not begin within the year, a new application must be submitted to the ACC.
