The Nominating Committee recommends the following slate.  The positions are for 2 year terms commencing January 2011. The first name indicated is the Committee’s recommendation, followed by other Association member nominations, of candidates who have provided their express consent to serve.  You may submit a write-in with the approval of your nominee.  There are no By-Laws Revisions at this time.

Please vote for each option by placing an X on either a paper ballot or an electronic ballot.

All ballots must be received no later than September 11, 2009
